About The Role

St Luke’s Scale & Pay: SL11 –   £17,925 - £20,400 pro rata

Hours: 22.5 Hours per week over three days 9-5pm (full time hours are 37.5)

Location: Based in Thurrock but may need to travel to other Hospice sites

We are seeking two part-time administrators to join our busy and growing Dove Adult Counselling Service and Luke’s Counselling and Support Service for Children and Young People. 

These roles are an integral part of our friendly Supportive Care teams.

Duties would include but are not limited to; collecting and collating data for funding reports, working to tight deadlines, general administrative tasks which support the team, attending team meetings and taking minutes, taking enquiries and telephone referrals which require sensitivity and empathy towards others and a degree of flexibility.

This is a rewarding role for the right candidates within a friendly Hospice environment.

The successful candidates should have access to their own vehicle as travel between sites will be required.
