Compliance and Data Support Officer

St Luke's Hospice in Basildon is seeking a Compliance and Data Support Officer, this is an opportunity to join the Governance and Data team.  The role focuses on key elements of the job as directed by their Line Manager.

The post holder will also provide support to the members of the Governance and Data team and will cover each role as far as possible for leave.

The duties for this role are varied but the main responsibilities will include:

• Support the Data and Governance team in collation and updating data produced on service activity and assist in the reporting of this to various stakeholders.
• To administer the Policy System by updating and maintaining a Policy Index across the Organisation. Ensuring the policies are reviewed and are of a high standard.
• To monitor and support all aspects of the Care and Quality Commission to ensure the Hospice is kept up to date on any changes to guidance and evidence is collated to demonstrate good practice.
• To provide administrative support by attending meetings, undertake minutes, monitoring actions where required.
