About The Role
Clinical Auditor – Population Health
Pay Scheme: Other – Equivalent to Agenda for Change Band 3

In partnership with Canvey Island Primary Care Network (PCN), GP Healthcare Alliance (a federation of GP practices in Castle Point and Rochford) is hosting an innovative service to recruit a Clinical Auditor to focus on improving the health and wellbeing of patients within the Canvey PCN.

We are looking to appoint a dedicated Clinical Auditor to work in partnership with the PCN Physician Associate and Healthcare Assistant to support chronic disease management. By introducing this service, patients will have easy access to a comprehensive health and wellbeing support for management of their chronic disease and creating greater patient satisfaction.

This is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week covering the Canvey Primary Care Network which is made up of the following practices:
  • The Surgery, Hawkesbury Road
  • Grafton Surgery
  • Third Avenue Surgery
  • Oaklands Surgery
  • The Island Surgery
  • Dr Ratnasingham Surgery

Some flexibility is required as you will sometimes need to work additional/alternative hours to cover for colleagues.
