About the Role

The Colte Partnership Executive Team is currently looking to recruit an experience Operations Manager to join our growing team. Based in our Head Office in Feering, the post holder will also be required to work remotely and travel to our 9 branches.

The Operations Manager is actively responsible and involved in supporting, developing and implementing the Colte Partnership’s strategic plans in line with its mission and vision statements.

The Operations Manager will be part an integral part of the Executive Team reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities will include business planning, providing research, intelligence and data for the development of new business initiatives, assisting in the design of current and future strategic and operational plans and will bring discipline to the decision-making process to manage the delivery of the strategic plan for the Partnership.

The Operations Manager will have the ability and experience to develop their team to achieve the Partnership and services performance objectives. Strong people management skills are an essential to encourage and promote personal development and assist with employee engagement across the all Branches.  

The Operations Manager must have a proven record of successfully managing people and teams, operational and logistical planning along with a relevant experience within Primary Care. Must have a clear understanding of the challenges facing Primary Care and be innovative and creative in improving the design of Primary to the benefit of Partners, Employees and Patients.

About the Candidate
The post holder will have a good standard level of education including Maths and English or hold a qualification in Business Management or equivalent experience within a similar role.
The post holder will have experience of managing projects, including project development and implementation of the project across multiple sites. They will be able to liaise with clinical and administrative staff and work using their own initiative without supervision. The post holder will have experience of using computer based systems, with experience in clinical systems such as SystmOne and EMIS being preferable but not essential, as training will be given.
The post holder will be able to provide a high level of customer service when developing and implementing the project and have a strong understanding of confidentiality. They will ideally have experience of working within a Primary Care setting but this is not essential.
The post holder will be organised, a strong communicator and be able to manage their own workload independently. 
About Us
The Colte Partnership is a 'super-partnership' establish in 2017, which brought together 9 GP surgeries across Colchester and Tendring. Our surgeries work collaboratively to provide dedicated healthcare to approx. 95,000 patients and utilise services across the county such as Social Prescribing, Extended Access, First Point Physio and many others. 
The role will be based within the Executive Team which is expanding its services across the Partnership, working closely with our GP Partners and staff within the Practices.
